"Seaside Retreat with an Ocean View"

We had a marvelous view of the ocean from our room. It was our home for two nights, and it was wonderful. It is such a pristine, lovely room with sea-related decor and a nice fireplace. The bed was quite comfortable, and we also enjoyed sitting at the table by the window. The sea air and the cry of the seagulls were refreshing. The ocean view was unencumbered except by two trees, which just enhanced the view.

"Loved Scripps Inn!"

The location can’t be beat. The coast and beaches are directly across the street from the hotel, and it was wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. We arrived on a busy day, so we were especially grateful for the reserved parking. It was lovely to walk across the street with our coffee and enjoy the sunrise.. We’d definitely book again on our next trip to beautiful La Jolla.

"Perfect Place for a Family Gathering!"

Wow! Scripps Inn was the perfect spot for our extended family to stay while we celebrated my son’s wedding. The location can’t be beat—Pacific Ocean right outside the door, with restaurants, parks, and museums all nearby. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and great showers. We also appreciated the bikes and beach amenities.
